After installing the printer driver for the first product, the printer driver for the second and additional products will be automatically installed when the products are connected to the computer and powered on. However, the name of the printer drivers will be 'driver name (1)', 'driver name (2)', and so on. To change the driver name, right-click the product in [Devices and Printers], select [Printer properties], and change the name at the top of the [General] tab.
Download the printer driver from your local SATO website. https://www.sato-global.com/drivers/redirect.html
If a user account control message appears, click [Yes] or [Continue].
Windows' Plug & Play runs, and the [Printer Options] screen appears.
When the security warning screen appears, click [Install].

- Download Center. For firmware, drivers, user guide, utility or any other download resources, please select the product model number through the search engine or the tab list.
- With high data transfer rates and processing speed the CT408i will print continuously, without pausing between labels, even with changes in data and graphics on every label. An important added feature of the CT408i printers is the Windows driver which allows the creation of labels using virtually any Windows based program.
If a security warning screen indicating that another process is blocking access appears, follow the steps on the screen, and click [Next].
Click [Exit] to complete the installation.
In [Devices and Printers], confirm that the product is added to [Printers].
